Nan Shan Life is committed to enhancing the professional competencies of life insurance professionals and actively encourages its agents to qualify as members of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). Since 2020, the Company has promoted international excellence by inviting global top producers to serve as mentors, sharing successful practices in sales and team management to support partner transformation and growth. Additionally, the Company has designed exclusive MDRT scholarship and recognition uniforms to motivate agents to meet performance goals and earn MDRT qualification. Through extensive incentives and investment in training resources, Nan Shan has achieved outstanding international talent development results. Since 2021, over 1,000 Nan Shan agents have qualified as MDRT members annually. In 2023, Nan Shan Life became the insurance company with the largest number of MDRT members in Taiwan for the first time. In August of the same year, Chairman Chung-Yao Yin led over 400 elite Nan Shan agents to attend the MDRT Global Conference in Singapore. In 2024, 1,523 agents joined the MDRT ranks, placing Nan Shan Life 11th globally among all companies in MDRT member count—its best ranking in history. Among these, 101 achieved Court of the Table (COT) status (three times the MDRT qualification), ranking 21st globally. In June of the same year, nearly 300 Nan Shan MDRT members attended the international annual meeting in Vancouver, Canada, proudly embodying the spirit: “Let the world see Nan Shan, let Nan Shan contribute to the world.”
